What makes our jerky special?

Certified Kosher

When we realized there are very few options for finely crafted kosher meat snacks, we decided to create that out of our restaurant, Graze Smokehouse, based in NYC. Today, all of our products are under the OU and VAAD Hakashrus of the Five Towns and Far Rockaway.

Smoke as Natural Preservative

Smoke was mankind's original way of preserving food for long winters, journeys and lean times.

Today, we use the same technique to naturally preserve meat and drop the need for additives. Salt, marinades and clean air, that's all we need.

Delicious food but ordering hitch!

"We loved the jerky (and are still loving it). A quality product delivered fresh and on time. Somehow, though, the company decided we wanted the same delivered every week! It took several tries to "cancel subscription" when I didn't even know I subscribed, so be careful! We are still waiting for the charge for the second delivery (which we refused) to come off our credit card. So, just be careful when ordering. The product itself is really tasty!"
